Silvana is the Director of Social Performance at Teck Resources, the largest diversified Canadian mining company, with operations across the Americas and exploration projects in Europe, Asia, North and South America. In her industry career, Silvana has provided strategic and operational leadership within mid-size global companies with operations in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the United States. She works closely with operations teams to continuously improve environmental and social performance across business units and to implement leading sustainability practices.
